Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR/recruitment experience, with 3–5 years in high-volume non-exempt hiring.
• Proven experience hiring for manufacturing or production environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale hiring initiatives (100+ hires).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Partner with department leaders to forecast headcount needs.
• Optimize recruitment workflows and systems to improve efficiency.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies for candidate pipelines.
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
