Achievement Centers for Children in Westlake, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a part-time, on-site role. This temporary position focuses on proactive sourcing to meet staffing needs in Education and Therapy departments, with 15–20 hours per week.

You will build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers. Experience with ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, and healthcare/education recruiting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing and proactive outreach.
• Ability to recruit for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Achievement Centers for Children (ACC) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to provide part-time recruiting support, with a primary focus on hiring needs for our Education and Therapy Departments.

This is an onsite, hands-on recruiting role with a strong emphasis on proactive candidate sourcing. We are looking for someone who knows how to find and engage talent—not simply wait for applicants to apply.

The recruiter will support positions including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Registered Nurses, Teaching Assistants, and other priority openings.

What You'll Do

Position Details

• Approximately 15–20 hours per week, based on recruiting needs
• Primary focus on NCTA recruiting, with support for other priority ACC positions as needed
