Job summary

The Achievement Center for Children in Westlake, OH, seeks a temporary, part-time/PRN Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-priority hiring onsite. The role focuses on Education and Therapy positions, proactive sourcing, and moving candidates from first contact to offer acceptance.

Work approx. 15–20 hours per week, collaborating with hiring managers to build pipelines, fill hard-to-fill roles, and keep ATS records accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong candidate sourcing and proactive outreach.
• Ability to recruit for multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Conduct outreach to active and passive candidates and screen applicants.
• Coordinate interviews and support follow-up with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and identify qualified talent.
• Manage candidates from outreach through offer acceptance and onboard.
