ACHIEVEMENT CENTER FOR CHILDREN is seeking a temporary, part-time/PRN Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-priority hiring onsite in Westlake, OH. This role is designed to strengthen recruiting capacity with a primary focus on Education and Therapy department needs, emphasizing proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and coordinated movement from initial contact through offer acceptance.

Working approximately 15–20 hours per week (based on recruiting needs), you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand vacancies, build pipelines for roles that are harder to fill, and maintain accurate recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What you will do

• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using channels such as Indeed, LinkedIn, professional networks, schools, associations, referrals, and additional sourcing routes.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Conduct outreach to both active and passive candidates.
• Review applicants and perform initial candidate screens.
• Coordinate interviews and support a consistent follow-up process with candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify qualified talent.
• Manage assigned candidates from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Continuously identify new and creative sourcing strategies to increase candidate flow.

What you bring

• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing and proactive outreach.
• Ability to recruit for multiple positions at the same time.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and move quickly in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Experience recruiting therapy, healthcare, education, or other specialized positions is a plus.

• Location: Westlake, OH (onsite)
• Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, based on recruiting needs
• Employment type: Temporary, Part-Time/PRN
• Pay: USD $20–$22 per hour
• Focus: Primary focus on NCTA recruiting, with support for other priority ACC positions as needed
