Sanford Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Program Administrator to lead talent acquisition programs, oversee daily operations, and coach a team involved in the program. The role requires partnering with the HR team to deliver comprehensive recruitment solutions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will act as a subject-matter expert across the recruiting process to optimize the support provided to organizational leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Independent decision making and leadership qualities are desired.
• Strong communication and consultative skills with the ability to build trust with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead talent acquisition programs and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Hire and provide performance coaching to team members and manage expenses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with program requirements and partner with HR to deliver programs.
