Job summary

Sanford Health seeks a Talent Acquisition Program Administrator to lead talent acquisition programs with day-to-day operational oversight, work assignments, hiring and coaching of the program team, expense management and regulatory compliance. The role partners with the HR team to deliver robust TA programs across the organization.

This position requires balance between independent program management and supporting the needs of operational leaders, with consultative SME input throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with HR coursework required.
• Independent decision making and leadership qualities are desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition programs and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Assign work, hire and coach program team members, manage expenses, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the HR team to deliver robust talent acquisition programs across the organization.
• Consult as a subject matter expert throughout recruiting to ensure quality and quantity of support.
• Manage sensitive/confidential information and stay compliant with employment laws and policies.
• Demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building and project management skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resource or other business-related field with human resource coursework required
