Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Two years of corporate recruitment experience required, including strategic sourcing of candidates.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, and making recommendations for hiring top talent and onboarding candidates.
• Promote the employer brand by providing consistent messaging to candidates regarding company values, purpose, goals, and mission.
• Establish sourcing strategies by meeting with Hiring Managers to discuss talent needs and requirements.
• Determine applicant requirements by reviewing job descriptions and qualifications and select the most qualified candidates.
• Attract applicants by posting job ads, searching resume databases, and attending job fairs and virtual events.
• Coordinate schedules to include pre-screening processes and interviews.
• Follow up with Hiring Managers and candidates to monitor recruitment effectiveness.
• Update job knowledge by networking and participating in professional organizations.
• Follow policies to make offers, conduct background checks, and onboarding processes.
• Update job postings with creative requisitions/postings.
• Present ideas for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Perform related duties as needed.
