Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Post job openings and maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and progress through each stage.
• Support efforts to develop diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Recruiter to identify, engage, and screen top talent for a variety of professional and commercial positions. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and relationship building and knows how to find qualified candidates beyond traditional job postings.
