Job summary

Via is seeking a Talent Acquisition Principal in New York to partner with recruiters and hiring managers, shaping sourcing strategies for core roles and building diverse candidate pools.

You will map top talent across US markets, run data-driven interviews, and design fair processes that improve candidate experience while helping the team hit aggressive hiring goals. This role includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package reflective of a fast-growing mobility company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a high-growth company.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement candidate outreach strategies.
• Proactively map, track, and source top technical talent across major US markets; become a subject matter expert in industry trends.
• Build diverse candidate pools using various sourcing techniques.
• Make data-driven decisions, using metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and results.
• Design and implement a comprehensive and fair interview process; refine via feedback and data-driven insights.
• Conduct initial conversations and preliminary interviews across teams and functions.
• Create a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Develop robust internal processes to optimize the Strategic Growth function.
