Job summary

Via is seeking a Talent Acquisition Principal in New York to drive and scale talent processes. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to attract the best candidates for various functions and build inclusive candidate pools.

You’ll craft proactive outreach strategies and lead data-driven decisions on sourcing effectiveness. You will map and source top technical talent across major US markets, design fair interview processes, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a high growth company
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams
• Experience sourcing technical candidates across major US markets

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement candidate outreach strategies
• Proactively map, source, and engage top technical talent across major US markets
• Build diverse, inclusive candidate pools using various sourcing techniques
• Make data-driven decisions to assess sourcing effectiveness and communicate results
• Design and implement a comprehensive, fair interview process and refine it using feedback
• Conduct initial conversations and preliminary interviews with candidates across teams and functions
• Create a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Develop robust internal processes to optimize the Strategic Growth function
