You will partner closely with hiring managers to define target profiles, shape processes, and build high-quality pipelines that align with Via’s roadmap. You will drive data-driven decisions, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement innovative recruiting workflows that deliver a great candidate experience while moving teams quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a high growth company.
• Intellectually curious and collaborative.
• Analytical and innovative; a natural problem-solver with creativity.
• Technically savvy with platform exploration and Boolean operators.
