Fifteen West in New York seeks an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment for the New York office. You will drive graduate and early-career hiring while also filling experienced roles, collaborating with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy and pipelines for future growth.

You will source through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, manage multiple processes, and monitor metrics to improve candidate experience and employer branding as the US operation

You’ll have the opportunity to take real ownership of talent acquisition, work directly with senior leadership, and shape how the business attracts, hires, and develops its next generation of recruitment talent.

The Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist will own hiring across the New York office, with a strong focus on graduate and early-career recruitment alongside experienced hires.

Role Highlights

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from proactive sourcing and screening through offers, negotiations, and pre-boarding.
• Lead graduate and entry-level hiring campaigns, including building pipelines.
• Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted direct outreach rather than relying solely on applications.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand headcount plans, hiring priorities, and future talent requirements.
• Track recruitment activity and conversion metrics while improving candidate experience, employer branding, and attraction strategies.

You Will Need

• At least two years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, gained internally or within an agency environment.
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, candidate management, and closing skills.
• Experience hiring into recruitment, staffing, sales, or another commercially focused environment.
• Confidence managing multiple hiring processes and partnering with senior stakeholders on recruitment decisions.
• A proactive, commercial approach and genuine interest in graduate and early-career talent; previous graduate or recruiter hiring experience is advantageous but not essential.
