MyOutDesk, LLC seeks a VP of Talent Management to lead the heart of our business—our people—across markets worldwide. You will own the talent lifecycle, shape a global strategy, and partner with Sales and Client Success to secure the right people for our clients.

You will drive onboarding, retention, and development programs, elevate our employer brand, and ensure compliance across regions. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or remote workforce environments.
• Hired and managed talent across multiple regions (Philippines, Latin America, North Africa).
• Led distributed, multicultural teams and built trust across distance.
• Understands US/Canadian client expectations for remote talent and execution.
• Loves data and uses it to drive recruiting and retention decisions.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish or French a plus.
• Experience with Employer of Record models or cross-border compliance.
• Launched recruiting operations in new countries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the entire talent lifecycle from attract to retention across markets.
• Align hiring criteria with client profiles and expand recruiting funnels.
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to ensure great placements.
• Shape a global talent strategy with measurable goals for pipeline, time-to-fill, and retention.
• Strengthen employer brand across Asia, Latin America, and Africa.
• Refine assessments to predict success across skills and language proficiency.
• Oversee onboarding and upskilling for North American norms and tools.
• Drive engagement through career paths, performance management, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across countries and manage HRIS dashboards.
