Job summary

Service Wire Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting in Culloden, WV. You will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with applicants and managers to build strong pipelines.

You will also prepare staffing reports, support workforce planning, and promote internal mobility and referrals, while maintaining compliant postings and collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• College degree strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR, talent acquisition or interviewing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and manage schedules with hiring managers.
• Place and update job postings across media and ATS.
• Prepare regular staffing reports and workforce plans.
• Promote referral program and internal mobility opportunities.
• Build candidate pipelines through career fairs and partnerships.
• Maintain compliant, accurate job postings.
