Service Wire Company in Culloden, WV is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits programs and support compensation processes. The role ensures accurate records, handles enrollments, inquiries, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR administrative experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years HR administrative or clerical experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Proficiency with HRIS or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee benefits programs to ensure enrollment, compliance, and employee support.
• Processes benefit enrollments and changes and verifies records across HRIS and carrier systems.
• Contacts employees regarding eligibility, coverage, claims, and plan provisions.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and supports required reporting and audits.
• Coordinates annual open enrollment activities and evaluates plan offerings.
• Assists administratively with wage review processes.
• Prepares and processes offer letters and documentation for promotions, transfers, and other job changes.
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity of information.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
