Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with hiring managers and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; SHRM certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Develop new sourcing strategies for production, professional, and leadership roles.
• Create compelling job postings and manage recruitment advertising.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through recruitment process.
• Represent Direct Wire & Cable at job fairs and hiring events.
• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain compliant hiring practices and improve pipelines.
