Job summary

Service Wire Company in Culloden, WV is seeking a People Operations Administrator to support the HR team with administrative and compliance duties. The role focuses on pre-employment activities, employee records, and adherence to laws and company policies.

You will generate regular HR reports, assist with benefits enrollment, audits, and confidential personnel information, while collaborating across departments. A two-year degree and HRIS proficiency are required, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; Bachelor's in related field a plus.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or other relevant certification strongly preferred.
• 2+ years HR administrative or clerical experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Aid with all pre-employment administrations for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
• Perform audits of HR files to ensure legal compliance.
• Process documents for new hire and annual benefits enrollment.
• Prepare reports such as attendance, new hire, engagement, and turnover.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR files and records.
• Other duties as assigned.
