Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for staff-level and professional roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align hiring plans with business needs.
• Source and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct candidate screenings and behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate interview processes and manage communications between candidates and teams.
• Guide hiring managers and HRBPs through the selection process and provide recommendations.
• Oversee onboarding activities and HR orientation for new hires at corporate headquarters.
