Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions and support strategic people initiatives across the organization. The role is primarily individual contributor, with occasional mentorship of teammates.

You will partner with division managers, guide performance management and development, and drive engagement and retention across our teams. Strong ATS/HRIS experience and 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience advising on performance management, employee relations and development.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, employer branding, and analytics.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members; multi-regional recruitment preferred.
• Experience in engineering, architecture or professional services sectors preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS; knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Experience with digital recruitment tools and recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities
