Qualifications

• 5–15 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with success recruiting professional, technical, engineering, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other specialized talent segments.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments while delivering high-quality hires.
• Demonstrated success partnering with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles from intake to offer.
• Recruit engineering, aerospace, defense, technical, professional, and operational talent.
• Partner with OpCo hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
• Track recruiting performance against metrics and manage pipelines in an ATS.
• Coordinate screening, interviews, and scheduling to ensure a seamless process.
• Proactively source talent using outreach and recruiting platforms.
