We are seeking a recruiter to own full-cycle sourcing across Latin America, focusing on Customer Support and Onboarding roles, and to build hiring strategies in a remote-first environment.

You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates while partnering with hiring managers, using data and ATS to drive efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Latin American talent markets.

• Estimated annual base salary of $50,000-$60,000 USD.
