Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is growing its Manufacturing team and seeks a recruiting professional to build talent pipelines from entry level to senior technical and leadership roles. You will manage the full hiring process—attracting, sourcing, screening, and securing top talent aligned with SEL values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related professional experience
• Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Demonstrated ability to attract/source candidates and build pipelines of canidates for various positions and levels
• Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
• Strong organizational skills related to managing up to 30 positions at a time
• Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL
• Negative drug test result(s)

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote and sell SEL’s culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow standard recruiting guidelines and principles to attract, recruit, screen and interview candidates, flexes to meet customer needs.
• Oversee and fill positions efficiently and timely with top talent, with little oversight.
• Recommends placement of internal and referred candidates for entry-level positions.
• Leads and supports the development and implementation of improvement efforts.
• Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
• Work independently to define and follow area processes, work instructions, and guidelines using initiative to propose solutions to problems.
• Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Understand. Create. Simplify.
