The role requires at least 2 years of recruiting experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided to employee-owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related professional experience.
• Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to attract candidates and build networks by selling company culture and values.
• Ability to mentor and teach Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote SEL's culture and values to attract candidates.
• Follow standard recruiting guidelines to attract, screen, and interview candidates.
• Fill positions efficiently with top talent with minimal oversight.
• Lead and support continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
