Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner I to drive full-cycle recruitment and build a strong candidate pipeline. You will source, interview, and extend offers while leveraging ATS/HRIS systems and social platforms to identify top talent.

You will coordinate interviews, manage expectations, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring decisions. The role emphasizes brand-building at events and effective pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ recruiting experience.
• Familiar with ATS/HRIS systems; Oracle Cloud a plus.
• Familiar with social media platforms for recruiting.
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• English fluency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to extending offers.
• Identify top talent using multiple sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Qualify candidates by understanding job descriptions and qualifications.
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules and utilizing technology.
• Manage candidate expectations, including offers, negotiations, and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and report pipeline activity.
• Attend career fairs to attract talent and promote brand awareness.
• Represent the organization’s culture with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Track and record talent acquisition metrics.
• Assist with various talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
