Job summary

R+L Global Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead nationwide recruitment efforts, build partnerships with academic institutions, and drive diversity in hiring. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to forecast needs and fill roles efficiently.

The role requires at least 1 year in recruiting or related fields, strong sales/marketing skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 1+ years’ experience in Recruiting, Sales or Marketing
• Experience with ATS/HCM/HRIS systems preferred; Oracle Cloud a plus
• Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to exceed goals independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Forge and expand partnerships with academic institutions and community organizations
• Develop innovative approaches to connect with diverse demographics
• Attend career fairs and community events to attract talent
• Identify top talent through sourcing techniques including university partnerships and social media
• Understand job descriptions to identify qualified candidates
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and report pipeline activity
• Represent the organization’s culture with confidence and enthusiasm
• Perform full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers
• Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices
• Provide analytics and insights on recruitment performance to HR leadership
• Other duties as assigned
