Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience, with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Experience with ATS/HCM/HRIS; Oracle Cloud a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to extending offers.
• Build relationships with active and passive candidates across channels.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate expectations and documentation.
• Engage with hiring managers to ensure consistent interviewing and reporting.
