Job summary

Rlglobal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner I to drive full-cycle recruitment and grow our talent network across all branch locations. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers while aligning with hiring managers to ensure consistency and quality.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with experience using ATS/HRIS systems and social media recruiting. Bachelor’s degree is preferred and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS, HCM and HRIS systems; Oracle Cloud a plus.
• Familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Facebook
• Strong sales and negotiating skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization
• Ability to exceed goals, both independently and in a team environment
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks and projects
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing unmatched customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and interviewing to extending job offers.
• Build pipelines by using multiple sourcing techniques including job boards, events, and social media.
• Qualify candidates by matching knowledge, skills and abilities to job openings.
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules and utilizing technology.
• Manage candidate expectations on offers, salary negotiations, benefits, and paperwork.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure interview consistency and quality; report pipeline activity.
• Attend career fairs and community events to attract top talent and build brand awareness for all branches.
• Promote the organization's culture and opportunities with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Track and record talent acquisition metrics; assist with TA projects and initiatives.
