Job summary

Energy Land & Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruiting efforts. This role covers full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations, with hybrid office options or fully remote work.

You’ll partner with leadership, develop creative sourcing strategies, and build a strong talent pipeline for current openings and future needs. Travel about 10% for events and recruitment activities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Approximately 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple open positions across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process from job descriptions to interviews and candidate selection.
• Partner with managers to understand requirements, team dynamics, and workforce goals.
• Review resumes, prescreen candidates, assess qualifications, and provide qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, professional candidate communication.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance throughout the hiring process.
