Sargent & Lundy in Chicago is seeking an experienced Recruiter focused on full-lifecycle talent acquisition for high-demand engineering and technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, drive offers, and onboard top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two remote days. You will influence hiring plans, refine processes, and champion our employer brand while delivering a strong

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years experience as a recruiter (corporate environment preferred; engineering/consulting favored).
• Proven track record sourcing, assessing and closing engineering/technical talent (mid- to senior-level).
• Full-lifecycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, onboarding hand-off.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers for engineering roles and recruitment strategy.
• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for senior engineering and technical staff; negotiate offers.
• Build pipelines of active and passive candidates using sourcing tactics like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Negotiate offers and close high-caliber candidates, balancing speed and experience.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy, produce metrics, and optimize processes for impact.
• Partner with HR and leaders to shape hiring plans and improve candidate experience.
• Champion Sargent & Lundy employer branding and project variety.
