This role covers end-to-end recruitment for both part-time and full-time roles, sourcing top talent, evaluating fit, and launching campaigns while aligning with Onterris mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Agency and university recruiting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated resilience, initiative and ability to follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer acceptance for both part-time and full-time roles.
• Build and maintain a strong passive-talent pipeline and market insights.
• Conduct interviews to assess motivation, skills, and cultural fit.
• Design and execute targeted recruiting and marketing campaigns.
• Drive recruitment innovation and measure outcomes with hiring metrics.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
