Conductor Power is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with People & Culture, lead full-cycle recruiting, build proactive sourcing strategies, and drive an outstanding candidate and intern experience.

You will collaborate with hiring leaders, develop talent pipelines for critical roles, and help power America’s renewable energy future, from internships to leadership hires. Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing and employment branding helps attract top talent across channels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through direct outreach and multiple channels
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality service
