Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR support in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Calendar and Teams.
• Greenhouse ATS and/or Dayforce HRIS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the interview workflow and ATS use.
• Excellent teammate who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, skills and competencies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory laws.
• Manage full life-cycle recruiting in the ATS.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Apply behavioral interview methods to identify qualified candidates.
• Develop market relationships to build a diverse talent bench.
• Guide hiring managers on compliant recruitment processes.
