Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established organization to identify a Senior Recruiter to support talent acquisition initiatives across the business. This on-site Portland, OR role will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to manage full-cycle recruiting, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Annual compensation is $95K–$120K, DOE, with competitive PTO and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership.
• Ability to develop proactive sourcing strategies.
• Strong candidate assessment and interview skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and TA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand needs and priorities.
• Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and advise on recruiting best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, workflows, and efficiency.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide market insights on talent availability and trends.
