Imprivata in Austin, TX is seeking a Recruiter to help shape, build and scale our organization. This role sources, attracts, and hires top talent and partners with hiring managers to interpret staffing needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, provide guidance on market trends, engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with ATS (Jobvite preferred) and sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Provide candidate updates and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with teams.
• Draft, negotiate, and extend offers.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and FP&A on headcount and budgeting.
