Job summary

Client is seeking a driven recruiter to design and execute creative recruiting strategies in the Austin, TX area. You will partner with hiring managers to define search strategies for open roles, source candidates, screen resumes, and manage interview processes.

Responsibilities include phone interviews, candidate progression decisions, and extending offers to close hires, all while maintaining robust tracking across the ATS. A proactive approach and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing sourcing strategies to proactively identify viable candidates.
• Ability to screen resumes and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate distribution tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies.
• Determine and manage key sources to proactively source viable candidates.
• Work with hiring managers to develop a search strategy for open positions.
• Resume screening, distribution, and tracking.
• Conduct phone interviews and recommend next steps to manager.
• Closely follow-up on interview with hiring managers and candidates.
• Extend offers and close candidates.
