Job summary

SG Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, PE-funded B2B software company to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role offers autonomy and a seat at the table with hiring managers and senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance and People.

You’ll own searches from intake to offer, build pipelines with sourcing tools and AI-enabled workflows, and focus on process improvement and candidate experience rather than starting from scratch.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience managing multiple searches concurrently.
• Experience using SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of an ATS; Ashby experience is a plus.
• Confidence advising hiring managers on candidate quality, process and compensation.
• Experience negotiating and closing offers.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and executives.
• An ownership mindset — drives searches forward without constant direction.
• Experience within SaaS or high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple open roles.
• Run intake calls with hiring managers to define profile, process and timelines.
• Build qualified pipelines through direct sourcing and tools.
• Conduct recruiter screens and coordinate assessments and interviews.
• Facilitate debriefs and help make timely decisions.
• Own offer negotiations and guidance on compensation.
• Manage external agency relationships when needed.
• Own job boards and LinkedIn postings.
• Track performance and report on pipeline health and sourcing channels.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
