Tire Discounters in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization, collaborating with sales and operations leaders to source, screen, and onboard strong candidates, while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

You will manage requisitions, post openings on multiple boards, source via social media and networks, and coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection to ensure alignment with headcount and pay bands.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment or retail environment.
• Previous recruiting experience with emphasis on high‑volume recruitment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems.
• Experience using social platforms (Indeed/LinkedIn) to drive candidate flow.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Tire Discounters’ positions via career page and other platforms.
• Manage requisitions and postings to various job boards.
• Source candidates via social media, resume databases, trade schools, and networks.
• Pre-screen candidates and progress to meeting with the hiring manager.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with hiring managers on outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of staffing landscape within assigned markets.
