Datadog is seeking a Recruiter to identify top talent across General & Administrative functions. You will be the face of recruiting, the first point of contact for candidates, and a key driver in turning great applicants into great employees.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years full lifecycle recruiting experience in-house or agency
• Skilled at sourcing and identifying top talent
• Autonomous with multiple placements
• Strong selling/closing abilities
• Ability to design or streamline interview processes
• Maintains data integrity in applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent via sourcing, postings, referrals, and agencies
• Screen candidates for role fit and qualifications
• Collaborate with leadership to design or improve interview processes
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure for interviewed candidates
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates
• Improve recruitment processes through training interviewers
• Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain data integrity
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience regardless of outcome
