Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer in New York to drive growth by finding exceptional talent and engaging passive candidates. You will partner with recruiters, craft tailored outreach, and be the first point of contact in the candidate journey.

In a hybrid Datadog culture, you’ll develop creative sourcing strategies, expand pipelines, and help tell the Datadog story to diverse talent across the tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcer experience.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple roles independently.
• Proven track record engaging talent through tools.
• Creative, innovative and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex roles.
• Amplify and champion job openings internally and leverage employee networks.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and KPIs.
• Source talent creatively to reach under-the-radar candidates, including diverse talent.
• Map the talent market and track talent flow and attrition for stakeholders.
