Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Recruiter to shape talent across General & Administrative functions. You will be the face of recruiting, the first point of contact for new candidates, and pivotal in turning great candidates into great employees within a hybrid Datadog workplace.

You will source, screen, and collaborate with leadership to design interview processes, negotiate offers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, leveraging Greenhouse for data-driven recruiting.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting (2–5 years).
• Masterful sourcing to build pipelines for open roles.
• Ability to work independently on multiple positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates to ensure qualifications match roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
• Ensure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
• Enhance recruitment process through training interview teams.
• Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain data quality.
• Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome.
