Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Talent Acquisition professional to interview, screen, and extend offers to potential field and office employees. The role supports workforce initiatives and partner teams across construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.

The position involves campus outreach, active recruitment at events, candidate screening, and collaboration with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs. Travel up to 50% and a typical 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or Business.
• One year HR experience or an Associate's degree.
• Two years administrative experience in HR.

Responsibilities

• Conducts presentations at high schools and technical schools.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with area schools.
• Attends various recruiting events.
• Performs searches for qualified candidates using databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and referrals.
• Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel, making hiring recommendations.
• Interviews applicants for posted and future employment opportunities.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of hiring needs.
• Attends weekly staffing meetings.
• Participates in professional and trade organizations.
• Processes candidates after interviewing and completes new hire paperwork.
