Responsibilities

• Performs candidate searches using databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, and referrals.
• Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel and makes hiring recommendations.
• Interviews applicants for posted and future opportunities.
• Maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay informed on hiring needs.
