The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the entire hiring process from opening roles to offers. Based in Bloomington, IN with occasional travel to Indianapolis, you will partner with leadership across IU's philanthropic and alumni teams to attract and place top talent.

This hybrid role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive sourcing, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and hiring practices.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating professional relationships and candidate pipelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative with stakeholders at varying levels.
• Ability to articulate Indiana University and IU Foundation mission to attract candidates.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple searches concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define needs and build strategies.
• Write compelling postings, source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Guide candidates and managers through interviews and offers.
