Indiana University Health is hiring a Manager – Talent Acquisition – Campus Based Recruiting to lead the end-to-end TA function, including workforce planning and campus hiring strategies. You will partner with leaders to shape recruiting programs, coach the TA team, and ensure market-competitive compensation alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• 5-7 years of HR experience; leadership experience preferred.
• SPHR or similar certification preferred; strong TA program experience.
• Experience leading sourcing and recruiting in a matrix organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Applicant Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive TA process including workforce planning and campus recruiting.
• Partner with leaders to design and execute best practice recruiting strategies.
• Coach and develop TA team and ensure effective processes.
• Align compensation packages with market and candidate skills.
• Oversee scheduling, interviews, and pre-hire preparation.
