Job summary

The Indiana University Foundation is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for a hybrid role in Bloomington, Indiana with occasional travel to Indianapolis. You will own end-to-end recruiting for every search, from opening the role through the final offer, partnering with hiring leaders and building a tailored recruitment strategy.

We seek a candidate with a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and hiring practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for each search, from opening the role to the offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders to tailor a recruiting approach to team needs.
• Build recruitment strategy tailored to each position.
• Write job postings that attract qualified candidates.
• Proactively source and engage candidates to build strong pipelines.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview process.
• Support offer close for strong hires.
