Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, manufacturing, distribution, and operational positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Proactively source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Deliver a responsive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Develop structured interviews and screening practices with clear selection criteria.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines; track metrics to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to improve talent acquisition practices.
