Job summary

AWC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Human Resources team in Deer Park, Texas. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for hourly, manufacturing, distribution, and technical service positions, with emphasis on a strong candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions.

You will partner with managers, source candidates through diverse channels, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and help build robust talent pipelines to meet our growth needs and retention

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or technical roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn, and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, manufacturing, distribution, and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and skills.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Develop structured interviews and screening practices.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
