Little Diversified Architectural Consult is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The role partners with hiring managers throughout the process and thrives in a service-oriented environment, building strong candidate experiences.

The position supports a collaborative HR team, ideally in Charlotte, NC, with 32 hours in the office and 8 hours flexible. We offer an inclusive culture and opportunities to advance in a leading design firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for A/E/C industry is a strong plus.
• HRIS experience strongly preferred (UKG/UltiPro).
• Strong technology skills (MS Office, applicant tracking, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and maintain discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive and results-driven as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
