DLR Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to advise hiring leaders on recruiting strategies, market conditions, and best practices to attract and engage top talent.

You’ll build market-informed pipelines across architecture, engineering and design, and deliver a positive candidate experience while partnering with a collaborative HR team. Our four-day in-office model offers Friday flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selection.
• Experience with in-house full-cycle recruiting within the AEC industry.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, influence recruiting strategies, and guide the selection and offer process.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines within the architecture, engineering, and design industry to support current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively source, engage, and influence qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional associations, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, timely feedback, and consistent updates throughout the recruiting process.
• Prioritize and manage multiple searches effectively, balancing time and resources based on business needs and critical hiring priorities.
