Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent and acts as an HR business partner to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.

We prefer the Charlotte, NC office but will consider other locations. The successful candidate will manage full lifecycle recruiting, collaborate with managers on strategies, and maintain a high level of candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
• HRIS experience preferred (UKG/UltiPro).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office, Applicant Tracking and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Description

Little, one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with a positive, collaborative work style, for our growing HR department with Little preferably in our Charlotte, NC office but will consider other locations. Our expectation is 32 hours per week in office with 8 hours flex.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across our organization. The individual selected for this opportunity will be an HR business partner to our hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a service orientated environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience.

• Manage full life cycle recruiting experience – from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Strategic thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• Trustworthy: Maintains confidentiality and acts with discretion and a high degree of maturity and professionalism
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational/planning and written/verbal communication skills
• Proactive and takes initiative

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting;
• Previous experience recruiting for the A/E/C industry a strong plus;
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills;
• HRIS experience strongly preferred (UKG/UltiPro);
• Strong technology skills (MS Office, Applicant Tracking, and LinkedIn Recruiter);
